Nick Caris performs at the "Symphonica in Rosso" concerts in the Gelredome

As you migh know, many band members of the Electrophonics also play in other bands & side projects. Nick Caris (trombone player of the Electrophonics) is currently performing with Marco Borsato during the "Symphonia in Rosso" concerts in the Gelredome arena in Arnhem: over 320.000 visitors in 10 concerts. What an great experience that must be!

Southern Blues Nightfall festival postponed to December 16th

The original date for the Southern Blues Nightfall festival in Voerendaal (November 11th) is cancelled. Most likely the festival is postponed to December 16th.
Besides the Phonics also the Ruben Hoeke Band and our friends from Phil Bee & The Buzztones will appear on this festival.
New website online !

From today, the new official website of the electrophonics is online. Peter Pagie (drummer of the band Pecan Boulevard) designed for us a complete new webdesign that could replace the old site that was already online since 2001, the early days of the phonics.

The Electrophonics will perform at the Moulin Blues festival in Ospel. The largest blues festival in The Netherlands.
Many great artist we like to listen to performed at this famous festival. Think about BB King, James Harman, Rusty Zinn, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Nick Curran and many many more. Now we get a chance to perform at this festival ourselves.

All bandmembers have returned from their holidays and the phonics have started the new season with a gig at the Ell Niño festival on august 13th. See the photo section for an impression of our performance that day. (Special thanks to the photographers Henk Roemen & Jos Sieben) .
In the coming months several gigs are planned. The Electrophonis are ready for it! We hope to meet everybody agian in the next year. See our tour schedule for dates & locations...
